TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming nursery in Ilkley who are looking to appoint a Nursery Assistant. The nursery benefits from Forest School provision, providing children with opportunities to learn, explore and develop through outdoor experiences.

The nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Assistant on a long-term, part-time basis with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Assistant will support children with their learning and development while helping to provide a safe, engaging and nurturing environment.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children within an Early Years or nursery setting
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• A caring and nurturing approach
• A willingness to support engaging indoor and outdoor activities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A reliable and adaptable attitude
