Veritas Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery in Queens Park, West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about Early Years, enjoys supporting children's learning and development, and is looking to build a long-term career within a high-quality nursery setting.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will work with children aged 0-5 years, creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and thrive. The successful Nursery Practitioner will work as part of a dedicated Early Years team and support children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or an equivalent qualification (essential)
• Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner or Early Years Practitioner
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• A genuine passion for working with children aged 0-5
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• A commitment to safeguarding and children's well being
• The ability to work effectively as part of a nursery team

• Support children's learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate and play-based activities
• Help plan and deliver stimulating Early Years experiences in line with the EYFS
• Observe, assess and record children's progress and development
• Support children's personal, social and emotional development
• Assist with daily nursery routines, including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor play
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children
• Build strong and positive relationships with children and their families
• Work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality care and education
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies and procedures
• Contribute positively to the day-to-day running of the nursery
