Core Responsibilities for the Nursery Staff:

• Foster a warm, engaging, and secure environment for children aged 0 to 5 years.
• Utilise your Level 3 expertise to design and execute play-based learning activities that align with EYFS guidelines.
• Observe, track, and support individual developmental milestones for key children.
• Collaborate effectively with permanent teams in high-quality settings located around Birkenhead.

Requirements:

• A recognized and valid Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Practical experience working as part of a busy childcare team or as dedicated Nursery Staff.
• An updated understanding of safeguarding policies and early years milestones.
• A strong professional commitment to continuous learning and education and training.
• An Enhanced DBS check linked to the Update Service (or a willingness to process a new one through Academics).
