We are currently recruiting caring and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistants to work through Academics across a number of welcoming Primary Schools in Cardiff. We have an increased demand for staff with strong Early Years experience, with a variety of positions available from September.
Our partner schools are looking for Nursery Teaching Assistants for full-time, 5-day-a-week roles as well as flexible day-to-day cover, giving you the opportunity to find a role that suits your availability and preferences.

We're Looking For
- Previous experience working within a Nursery or Early Years setting
- Experience supporting Nursery-aged children
- Confidence with personal care, including nappy changing, toileting and hygiene routines
- A caring, patient and nurturing approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children's early development and learning
Essential Requirements
- Enhanced DBS Certificate
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
- Completion of required safeguarding and compliance checks
- Right to work documentation
