SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be supporting a fantastic two-form entry primary school in Hackney in their search for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team.

This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a thriving Nursery setting where children are encouraged to learn through exploration, play and discovery. The school has a strong commitment to outdoor learning and Forest School principles, with children spending a significant amount of time learning and developing in the outdoor environment.

The Role

As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support children aged 3-4 in their learning and development

Help create a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment

Encourage children's social, emotional and communication skills

Support outdoor learning and Forest School-inspired activities

Work closely with the Nursery Teacher and wider Early Years team

Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate

The school is looking for someone who:

Has experience working with young children in a Nursery or Early Years setting

Is passionate about child development and learning through play

Enjoys working outdoors in all seasons

Is proactive, nurturing and enthusiastic

Works well as part of a collaborative team

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
