Nursing Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager to lead our nursing home through an exciting new chapter.

Following a period of closure, our home is reopening and undergoing a significant refurbishment programme, creating a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious leader to shape the future of the service and build a thriving community for residents and colleagues alike.

About the Role

As Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care, compliance and resident experience. A key focus of the role will be driving occupancy growth and establishing the home as the provider of choice within the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visible and inspirational leadership to the team.
• Ensure the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Develop strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Build occupancy through community engagement, networking and effective marketing initiatives.
• Recruit, develop and retain a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Manage budgets and drive commercial performance.

About You

• Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager within elderly care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent outcomes.
• Commercial awareness with experience of driving occupancy and building local relationships.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional care and creating a positive culture.
