This is an opportunity to lead a large, complex care home within a premium care home provider.

We are looking for an accomplished, NMC Registered Nurse and experienced Home Manager to take the lead at an established care home entering an exciting new chapter following a recent change in ownership. With strong foundations already in place, this is an opportunity to shape the home's continued success and development within an ambitious and growing care group.

The home provides nursing, dementia and complex care for residents with a wide range of needs. Behind the service sits a premium care home provider committed to investing in its homes, developing its people and supporting its leaders to deliver consistently high standards of care.

As Home Manager, you will have responsibility for the overall leadership, clinical quality, regulatory compliance and commercial performance of the home. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will have the autonomy to lead the service, develop your team and drive improvements, with the backing and support of an established care group.

We're looking for a strong and credible leader with a proven track record of managing large, complex care services. You'll understand how to achieve and sustain positive regulatory outcomes, build high-performing teams and balance clinical excellence with operational and commercial performance, while ensuring residents and their families remain at the heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and accountable culture.
• Maintain high standards of clinical care, safeguarding, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement across quality, resident experience and operational performance.
• Take ownership of the home's commercial performance, including occupancy and financial sustainability.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with senior leadership while taking ownership of the home's ongoing development.
• Ensure residents receive safe, personalised care that meets their individual needs.

Requirements:

• NMC Registered Nurse with a strong track record as a Home Manager.
• Experience leading a large, complex nursing care service.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, clinical governance and quality improvement.
• Strong commercial awareness, including occupancy, budgets and operational performance.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• The confidence and capability to lead a service through its next stage of development.
• A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for residents, families and colleagues.

Salary:

• Annual earning potential of £110,000+
