About the Role

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, quality, compliance and resident experience are consistently achieved.

You will lead and develop a dedicated team, manage budgets effectively, maintain strong occupancy levels and build positive relationships with residents, relatives, professionals and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall operational management of the home
  • Ensuring compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and regulations
  • Leading, developing and motivating the staff team
  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support
  • Managing budgets and achieving financial targets
  • Promoting resident wellbeing, dignity, independence and choice
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
  • Driving continuous quality improvement across the service

Who We're Looking For

  • Experienced Care Home Manager with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
  • Experience managing budgets and financial performance
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding resident care
  • Ability to develop high-performing teams and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
