We are looking for an experienced OFCI Package Manager to join a major hyperscale Data Centre project in Sines, Portugal.

You will take responsibility for the delivery of Owner Furnished, Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment packages, managing everything from procurement and logistics through to installation, testing and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of all OFCI equipment packages.
• Act as the main point of contact between client-appointed vendors, subcontractors and project teams.
• Manage OFCI activities from procurement through installation, testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Planning, Procurement, QA/QC and Commissioning teams.
• Manage equipment delivery schedules and site logistics.
• Lead regular progress and coordination meetings with clients, vendors and subcontractors.
• Track package progress, key milestones, risks and programme requirements.
• Identify and manage risks that could impact cost, programme or delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and support the resolution of package issues.
• Ensure all vendor equipment meets project specifications, quality and commissioning requirements.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor performance.
• Support change management and commercial requirements.
• Ensure successful integration of OFCI equipment into the overall project programme.
• Drive quality, safety and best practice throughout the package lifecycle.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
• 7+ years' experience within M&E, EPC, Data Centre or Mission Critical construction.
• Proven experience managing complex equipment packages.
• Strong understanding of OFCI / vendor-managed equipment.
• Experience across procurement, logistics, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor or Industrial experience highly desirable.
• Strong vendor and subcontractor management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial and project management awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple packages and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
