Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across office, projects, operations and finance functions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, telephone calls, emails and general enquiries.
  • Raise purchase orders, liaise with suppliers and track deliveries to support business operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, project documentation, trackers and shared filing systems.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for engineers and operational staff when required.
  • Support the finance team with invoice processing, expenses and general administrative tasks.
About You
  • Previous experience in an office administration, coordination or customer service role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator with a professional approach when dealing with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Proactive, reliable and self-motivated, with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
  • Experience within a technical, engineering, manufacturing, construction or project-led environment.
