Our client is a well-established fire safety company providing compliance and safety services to a range of residential and commercial clients. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire an organised and reliable Office Administrator with experience in a maintenance or service-led environment to support the day-to-day running of the office.
This is a varied, office-based role suited to someone who is comfortable dealing with engineers, chasing clients, managing paperwork, and producing accurate written reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Writing up and formatting fire safety and compliance reports
- Chasing clients for outstanding information, approvals, and payments
- Liaising with engineers and coordinating service or maintenance paperwork
- Managing incoming emails and phone calls
- General office administration and document management
- Updating internal systems with service records and job information
- Supporting senior team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in an office administration role within a maintenance, facilities, construction, or service-based business
- Strong written English skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating with clients, contractors, and engineers
- Well organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple jobs at once
- Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced office environment
- Experience within fire safety, compliance, property, or building services would be highly beneficial
Salary, Hours & Location
- Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5pm
- Location: Office-based, North West London
