π§Ύ The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced MRP / Office Administrator to join a busy and growing business. This role involves managing customer and supplier documentation, processing orders, coordinating stock, and supporting invoicing activities.
π§ Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders within the MRP system
- Create and manage Manufacturing Orders (MOs)
- Check and allocate stock against orders
- Coordinate picking, dispatch, and delivery documentation
- Generate delivery notes and invoices
- Transfer invoice data from MRP to Xero
- Input supplier invoices and support purchase ledger activities
- Create purchase orders and manage raw material bookings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Track stock and raw materials
- Support reporting from MRP and Xero
- Coordinate UK and international freight
- Maintain training records and compliance documentation
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Support the Factory Manager with day-to-day tasks
- Assist with MRP system improvements

- Previous admin, purchasing, or sales support experience
- Experience using MRP systems (essential)
- Experience with Xero or similar software
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisation and time management
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Proactive and self-motivated
