🧾 The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced MRP / Office Administrator to join a busy and growing business. This role involves managing customer and supplier documentation, processing orders, coordinating stock, and supporting invoicing activities.

πŸ”§ Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders within the MRP system
  • Create and manage Manufacturing Orders (MOs)
  • Check and allocate stock against orders
  • Coordinate picking, dispatch, and delivery documentation
  • Generate delivery notes and invoices
  • Transfer invoice data from MRP to Xero
  • Input supplier invoices and support purchase ledger activities
  • Create purchase orders and manage raw material bookings
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Track stock and raw materials
  • Support reporting from MRP and Xero
  • Coordinate UK and international freight
  • Maintain training records and compliance documentation
  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Support the Factory Manager with day-to-day tasks
  • Assist with MRP system improvements

  • Previous admin, purchasing, or sales support experience
  • Experience using MRP systems (essential)
  • Experience with Xero or similar software
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and self-motivated
