  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and building management.
  • Support onboarding activities, company meetings, events and training sessions.
  • Assist with Health & Safety administration, office maintenance and general facilities support.
  • Provide general administrative support to managers and teams across the business.

Who we are looking for:

  • Previous experience within an administration, office support, operations or business support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience maintaining records, reports and administrative systems.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities and working independently.
  • A proactive, flexible and hands-on approach to work.
  • A positive, professional and team-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to learn, develop and take on new responsibilities.

Why you'll love working here:

  • Competitive salary of up to £30,000
  • Full training and ongoing development
  • Genuine opportunities for career progression
  • Exposure to a variety of departments and business functions
  • Friendly, supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Involvement in a growing and ambitious organisation
  • Varied responsibilities with no two days the same
  • Opportunity to make a real impact on the day-to-day running of the business
