The Role: Office Administrator
Salary: £25k - £30k

The Company
Our client, in the environmental sector, has an opportunity to join them at their recycling site as an Office Co-ordinator. In this role you will be predominantly supporting the Maintenance Team and the HSQE Manager. We are looking for a candidate with excellent administration experience, used to supporting a busy operational business.
The Role
• As Office Co-ordinator you will provide business administrative support across our office functions.
• The main focus will be supporting administration and reporting for our maintenance team, such as, staff rostering and maintaining accurate data.
• You will, when necessary, provide support in general office functions e.g. front of house and office organisation and presentation, filing, ordering consumables etc.
•You will have excellent IT skills critical, good working knowledge of windows packages and creating functional excel spreadsheets.
•You will assist other administrative colleagues whenever necessary and work as a positive team.
The Ideal Candidate
·The ideal candidate will already be working in a similar administrative support role, ideally in a busy operational support office.
· Ideal sector experience would be waste management and recycling services, or logistics operations, industrial markets, manufacturing and production or construction.
·The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills.
·You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·The ideal candidate will have a positive, cheery and can do personality and attitude.
·Reliable and able to work in an organized, efficient manner with minimal supervision.
·Willing to support the team with general administrative duties and cover for other support roles as required.
