KT & Coe Recruit are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious organisation in North Norfolk to recruit a Office Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional to join a friendly and supportive team in a varied role, combining office-based administration with site visits and tenant liaison.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the residential lettings process, including tenant referencing, tenancy agreements and deposits.
  • Arrange check-ins, check-outs and pre-tenancy preparations.
  • Manage tenant enquiries and build positive relationships.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and internal teams.
  • Carry out property inspections and support rent review programmes.
  • Maintain accurate records and update the property database.
  • Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and health & safety requirements.
  • Liaise with utility providers and other external stakeholders.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in residential lettings or property management.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with tenants, contractors and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of property management software is advantageous but not essential.
