At Bucks Students' Union, the 4th best Students’ Union in the UK, we’re looking for an organised, approachable and proactive Office Manager to play a key role in the smooth running of our services.

Managing our Office Coordinator and overseeing our reception and administrative functions, you’ll help ensure students, staff, visitors and external partners receive a welcoming and professional service.

This is a varied role at the heart of the Union, providing high quality support across governance, HR and finance, coordinating meetings and committees, and taking responsibility for important operational areas including data protection and IT liaison.

No two days will be quite the same, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting the detail right and can confidently manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

You’ll bring strong administrative and customer service experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, and experience of managing a team or function. Just as importantly, you’ll be professional, reliable and discreet, with the initiative to make things happen and a genuine commitment to supporting our student-led organisation.

If you enjoy bringing order to a busy environment, improving how things work and helping colleagues and students get the support they need, we’d love to hear from you.
