Office Manager / Personal Assistant
Location: Office-based - Ringwood
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: £30,000 per annum

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and experienced Office Manager / Personal Assistant to join our clients growing team. This is a varied office-based role that combines office management, administration, and personal assistant responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and responding to emails, ensuring all correspondence is prioritised, categorised, and filed appropriately.
- Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries professionally.
- Managing the company's quoting system, preparing and following up on quotations.
- Monitoring and managing sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Processing and tracking job order renewals.
- Preparing and issuing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Coordinating worker schedules and ensuring efficient daily planning.
- Providing administrative support to management and acting as a Personal Assistant when required.
- Maintaining organised filing systems, both digital and paper-based.
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks and supporting the wider team as needed.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an Office Manager, Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence in handling multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and general office management software.
- A professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
- The ability to work independently and use initiative.
