We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Office Manager within a reputable classic car business located in Wimbledon. This role presents a unique opportunity for a highly organised professional with strong administrative skills to support daily operations in a specialised automotive environment. Duties of a Office Manager:
  • Act as the primary executive assistant to the company leader, managing diaries and scheduling appointments
  • Handle diverse administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and general office support
  • Provide HR assistance as required, supporting recruitment and employee relations
  • Manage office facilities to ensure a smooth daily operation
  • Oversee bookkeeping and accounts administration, with a preference for experience in Xero accounting software
  • Arrange transport, travel bookings, and logistical requirements for the business
  • Manage bank transactions, reconcile payments, and support financial documentation and reporting
Requirements of a Office Manager:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, including diary management and office support
  • Experience with bookkeeping and reconciling bank statements
  • Familiarity with Xero accounting software is desirable but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive work attitude
  • Flexibility to work hours that accommodate personal commitments and business needs
