We’re partnering with a global engineering installation company to recruit an Operations & Office Manager a pivotal role at the heart of their UK operations.
This isn’t just admin. This is full operational ownership across office management, facilities, and executive support within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

- Providing high-level EA/PA support to senior directors (diaries, travel, board packs)
- Coordinating projects, reporting, and internal communications
- Supporting IT coordination and onboarding/offboarding
- Proven background in Office / Operations / Facilities Management
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a PA/EA capacity
- Strong understanding of compliance and H&S in a workplace setting
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities
- A natural problem-solver who takes ownership and drives improvements
- Comfortable working across Excel, SharePoint, and general IT systems
