We’re looking for an Office Porter to support a busy oil and gas operation in Woking. This contract role is ideal for someone who is dependable, physically active, and has strong organisational skills. It’s a great opportunity to play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities
- Collect, transport, and deliver packages, documents, and other items safely and efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery to designated locations within project timelines
- Keep accurate records of items handled and maintain delivery logs
- Handle office movement of small equipment and supplies as requested
- Perform routine checks for safe handling and storage of items
- Maintain professional and courteous interaction with internal teams and visitors
- Monitor and report any delivery or logistical issues promptly
- Follow company safety and security procedures at all times
- Fluency in spoken English
- Good level of physical fitness to carry out manual handling tasks
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Punctual and reliable with attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Familiarity with safe handling procedures
- Previous experience in an office porter, facilities, or logistics role
- Knowledge of basic health and safety requirements
- Good interpersonal skills for dealing with various departments
