About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Omni Media Strategist to join its Global CRM & Omni-Media team on a contract basis. This is a unique opportunity to support the development of global media strategy while driving day-to-day campaign planning, activation and optimisation across multiple international markets.
Working closely with the Global Head of CRM and Omni-Media, you will play a key role in shaping media plans, managing campaign assets, supporting market teams, analysing performance data, and ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standard. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, performance marketing, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of global omni-channel media strategies.
- Create detailed media plans, ensuring assets, messaging, CTAs and tracking requirements are accurately mapped.
- Brief creative, content and copy teams on campaign asset requirements across channels.
- Manage campaign assets throughout the activation process, troubleshooting issues and ensuring specifications are met.
- Build, monitor and optimise multi-channel media campaigns across paid and social channels.
- Provide ongoing support for ad hoc media requests from global markets and regional teams.
- Analyse campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research and trend forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of media platform best practices, specifications and industry developments.
- Act as the key point of contact for media-related questions, guidance and troubleshooting across multiple markets.
- Support testing and optimisation initiatives, including creative, audience and channel performance analysis.
- Help foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the businesses global media community.
About You
We're looking for a highly organised media professional who combines strategic thinking with strong operational execution.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience within a media agency environment.
- Strong omni-channel media planning and strategy experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta, Google Ads and paid social platforms.
- Experience building and managing detailed media plans across multiple campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of campaign setup, tracking, asset implementation and optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Experience working across multiple markets, regions or international stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
