The role
You'll own day-to-day support and improvement of on‑prem IAM services to keep authentication, authorisation, and access controls running securely and reliably.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting and troubleshooting on‑prem IAM platforms (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP and related services)
- Monitoring performance, diagnosing incidents, and driving fixes to reduce downtime
- Handling user provisioning/de‑provisioning, access changes and audits
- Working with security and engineering teams to implement policies and stay compliant
- Producing clear documentation for processes, fixes, and configurations
What we're looking for
- Proven experience supporting on‑prem IAM (AD / LDAP / similar)
- Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms, access management, security protocols
- Confident troubleshooting under pressure in a production environment
- Clear communicator (technical + non‑technical stakeholders)
- Security/IAM certifications are a bonus (e.g., CISSP/CISA or similar)
