We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced online customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and delivering outstanding service across multiple communication channels.
Working as part of a supportive team, you'll be responsible for managing customer orders, handling enquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement through to delivery.
This is a temporary to permanent contract requiring an almost immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries
- Responding to customers via telephone, email and online chat
- Supporting customers with website navigation and online ordering
- Tracking orders and providing delivery updates
- Liaising with courier networks to resolve delivery queries
- Communicating with internal teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly
- Maintaining accurate customer and order records
- Providing general customer service and administrative support
About You
We're looking for someone with previous experience in a customer service or administration role who enjoys working in a busy office environment.
You'll have:
- Previous office-based customer service experience
- Strong telephone and email communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong IT and data entry skills
