Position: Full-time
We are looking for an Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in China on a short-term contract.
The role mainly involves communicating with UK customers through online chat and messaging platforms. We are looking for someone with fluent, natural English and a good understanding of British communication styles and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with UK customers online
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist with general customer issues
- Follow up with customers when required
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
Requirements
- Fluent or native-level English
- Strong understanding of British English and UK communication styles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, patient and responsible
- Comfortable using online messaging platforms
- Able to live and work in China for approximately 3 months
- Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not essential
