Pay Rate: £14.19 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm
Contract: Temporary
We are currently recruiting for an On-Site Coordinator to be based at one of our key client's manufacturing facilities in Bamber Bridge. The client is a leading manufacturer of domestic and commercial boilers, and this role will play a key part in supporting the temporary workforce and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of onsite recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for all agency workers on-site.
- Conduct inductions and site tours for new starters.
- Monitor attendance, lateness and absence levels.
- Liaise with client management regarding staffing requirements and workforce planning.
- Support recruitment activities including candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate personnel and compliance records.
- Collate timesheets and attendance information for payroll processing.
- Carry out welfare checks and return-to-work discussions where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, client requirements and health & safety procedures.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both agency workers and client representatives.
- Produce regular reports relating to staffing levels, attendance and recruitment activity.
- Previous experience in recruitment, administration, customer service, workforce planning or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
- Confidence working within a busy manufacturing environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Professional and approachable manner.
- Previous onsite recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Competitive pay rate of £14.19 per hour.
- Monday to Friday working hours, with afternoons free.
