Hybrid / Remote, Ideally Based Gloucester, Bristol, Swindon, Cheltenham, Worcester and surrounding areas with some international travel.

Are you an experienced leader from within OpEx, with experience of Lean Six Sigma, CI and similar and looking for the opportunity to drive CI programmes for a Global Industry leading business, where you can showcase your technical skillset and work in a highly autonomous position as the go-to across a portfolio of global sites.

On offer is an Operational Excellence Manager position working within the Manufacturing team, working to develop, implement and support the manufacturing systems across their sites. Leading the global rollout of operational excellence and CI frameworks, as the go-to within the business.

This role would suit someone with a proven track record of Operational Excellence within Manufacturing environments, looking for a high impact, highly autonomous role within an industry leading business.

The Role:

*Delivery of Operational Excellence frameworks within the manufacturing team,
*Drive change within the global teams within the business; identifying, developing and implementing ground breaking improvements to sites.
*Highly autonomous

The Person:

*Excellent knowledge of Manufacturing processes
*Experience working with strategic implementation
*Lean Six Sigma certified
*UK Passport / Driving License.
