Operations Administrator

Flint | £12.71 per hour | Monday to Friday | 9am-5pm | Temporary

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator to support a busy manufacturing facility in Flint.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Administrator, Manufacturing Administrator, Production Administrator, or Office Administrator looking to join a well-established manufacturing business. The role is expected to last at least six months, with the potential for permanent employment.

Immediate starts are available.

• Provide administrative support to the manufacturing team.

• Provide administrative support to the training team.

• Support the coordination of key manufacturing activities.

• Ensure accurate reporting and recording of information.

• Communicate effectively between departments across the organisation.

• Assist the Production Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Progress into additional responsibilities as experience develops.

• Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.

• Experience working within a manufacturing environment is desirable.

• Good IT skills and attention to detail.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Excellent communication and team-working skills.

• Flexible and proactive approach to work.

• £12.71 per hour.

• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

• Ongoing temporary assignment with the potential for permanent employment.

• Additional holiday entitlement after 12 weeks.

• Immediate start available.
