Our client, a long-established and growing engineering business, is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team based in Coleshill, Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive company in a varied and essential role at the heart of operations.

This is a fully office-based position where you’ll play a vital role in coordinating operations, supporting engineers, and ensuring seamless day-to-day processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support quoting, planning, and scheduling of works
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers via phone and email
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the wider team
  • Coordinate job schedules and ensure accurate documentation
  • Maintain internal systems and support general office operations

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative or operations role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confident using computer systems (email, scheduling, quoting tools)
  • A proactive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn
