The successful Operations Administrator will play a vital role in supporting order fulfilment, shipping coordination, and customer service operations, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and coordinate bulk shipments
  • Process orders received through the online store
  • Arrange shipping for stock transfers
  • Process customer refunds accurately and efficiently
  • Support the Customer Service team with enquiries via ticketing system
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Arrange product returns and exchanges
  • Follow established processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Previous experience within e-commerce or a B2C environment
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Previous operations or administration experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and to deadlines
  • Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
  • Exceptional attention to detail
