- Analyse policy and sector developments, turning relevant information into clear, useful insight.
- Contribute to thought leadership activity and materials that strengthen engagement across the housing sector.
- Help develop and improve internal systems, workflows and AI-enabled tools that enable the organisation to work efficiently as it grows.
- Evidence of learning new subject areas quickly and applying that knowledge effectively.
- Experience improving workflows, processes or ways of working and implementing practical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with a range of stakeholders.
- Confidence using technology and digital tools to improve efficiency, insight or decision-making.
- Transferable experience that demonstrates an ability to contribute to meaningful social impact; previous housing experience is not essential.
