Operations Co-ordinator in Portsmouth

Amour Recruitment is seeking an organised and proactive Operations Co-Ordinator to work for a fantastic company based in Portsmouth

This is an administration-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple tasks, and takes ownership of their workload

Duties include:

• Coordinate customer service requests from quotation through to fulfilment and invoicing.
• Manage operational records, compliance documentation, and audit trails.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and business systems.
• Support asset lifecycle and supplier administration.
• Coordinate fleet administration, including servicing, MOTs, repairs, and vehicle records.
• Work with internal teams to ensure services are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Personal requirements:

• Experience in administration, operations, or service coordination.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Confidence using business systems and producing management reports.

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
