I’m delighted to be supporting a well-established and highly regarded wealth management business in Fareham with the recruitment of an Operations Co-ordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and likes being involved across different areas of a business. Working closely with the Operations Director, you’ll become a key member of the team and a real go-to person across the practice.
The Role This is a genuinely varied position, with responsibilities spanning operations, financial services administration, compliance, marketing and wider business support.
You’ll be involved in areas such as:
- Supporting operational projects and identifying opportunities to improve processes
- Preparing operational reports and management information
- Maintaining business procedures, documentation and internal records
- Supporting advisers with technical business submissions and new business applications
- Monitoring pipelines and proactively progressing cases through to completion
- Liaising with providers and internal teams to resolve queries
- Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems
- Supporting compliance monitoring, quality assurance and outstanding actions
- Assisting with audit preparation and regulatory projects
- Supporting marketing campaigns, client communications and events
- Liaising with designers, printers and external suppliers
- Assisting with social media content and marketing materials
- Supporting HR administration and onboarding
- Providing general support across the business where required
About You You’ll ideally have previous experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management or an IFA practice, or similar together with experience of supporting advisers and processing new business.

- Permanent, part-time position
- 20–25 hours per week (
- Ideally worked across 4–5 days per week
- 25 days' holiday pro rata
