Operations Coordinator

Our client, an established Renewable Energy company, is currently recruiting an Operations Coordinator to join their team. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for customers regarding installation enquiries, managing engineer schedules, and providing occasional executive support.
Key Responsibilities for the Operations Coordinator:
- Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate and schedule engineer appointments, book electrical installations, and optimize daily regional travel routes.
- Customer Interaction & Administration: Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to email enquiries, while managing essential installation paperwork and internal records.
- Executive Support: Perform occasional Personal Assistant (PA) duties for company leadership, including diary management and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Skills Required for the Operations Coordinator:
- Location: Must permanently reside in either Surrey or West Sussex (Fully Remote Role).
- Proven background within a scheduling, coordination, or fast-paced administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
