Operations Coordinator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join a fast-growing consumer goods business and play a key role in their ecommerce, warehouse and logistics operations.

You will be the key cog in the day to day running of the operation at a third-party site, acting as the key point of contact and representing the business on the ground. With a strong focus on ecommerce fulfilment, you'll oversee the accurate and timely picking, packing and dispatch of D2C and website orders, while also taking a hands-on role across warehouse activities, inventory control and logistics. You'll work closely with the third-party operator, couriers, suppliers and internal teams to maintain service levels, resolve issues quickly and ensure stock is accurate and available.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive, hands-on operations professional who enjoys working independently and thrives in a fast-paced, growing business. You'll have real ownership of the operation, identifying opportunities to improve processes, supporting new product launches and providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, Ecommerce Fulfilment or a similar role.
• Comfortable working hands-on within a warehouse environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to represent the business with customers, third-party partners and senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Experience with ecommerce fulfilment, FMCG, D2C or subscription-based businesses would be advantageous.
• Understanding of inventory and logistics KPIs such as OTIF and stock accuracy.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and solution-focused, with a genuine willingness to roll your sleeves up and get involved.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, taking ownership and driving continuous improvement.
