About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations across order fulfilment, supplier management, inventory, planning, and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience who is looking to develop a broad range of operations and supply chain skills within a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate retail and e-commerce order fulfilment activities.
- Track supplier deliveries and support issue resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels and product availability.
- Maintain operational reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Support supply and production planning activities.
- Assist with new product launches and packaging updates.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Escalate risks and support continuous process improvements.
Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years' experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, or a similar coordination role.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within consumer goods, manufacturing, logistics, or e-commerce is desirable.
