Operations Coordinator
Location: Armagh- Crossmaglen
Salary: up to £32k per annum
Hours: 8am-4.30pm Full-Time, Permanent
Nominate Recruitment is have exclusively partnered with a fast-growing Health & Safety Consultancy supporting construction clients across Ireland based in Crossmaglen.
This is far more than an administration role. You'll become the person at the centre of the business, coordinating projects, supporting clients, keeping operations running smoothly and playing a key role in the company's continued growth.
The Role
You'll be responsible for ensuring consultants are in the right place, at the right time, while providing operational support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage consultant audit schedules
- Liaise with clients to confirm projects are live, site access is arranged and all audit details are in place.
- Schedule consultants efficiently, grouping appointments geographically to minimise travel.
- Monitor schedules throughout the day and respond quickly to changes from clients or consultants.
- Reallocate cancelled appointments wherever possible and maintain accurate CRM records and calendars.
Coordinate the Wider Team
- Act as the central point of coordination for the company's virtual assistant team.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) remain accurate, up to date and consistently followed.
- Support team productivity and ensure work aligns with business priorities.
Support Clients & the Managing Director
- Handle day-to-day client enquiries, arrange meetings and provide documentation.
- Manage the Managing Director's diary and support inbox management.
- Chase outstanding actions and ensure projects continue moving forward efficiently.

- Excellent IT skills, including Outlook and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new systems such as
- Experience in scheduling, logistics, office coordination, dispatch or construction administration essential.
- A full, clean driving licence is preferred due to the office location.
