Profile

A successful Director of Operations should have:

• Proven experience in operational management, ideally within a small to medium sized organisation.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial performance effectively.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Offer

• Salary between £80,000 and £100,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Permanent role in Sussex.
