Our client is an established mid-market to large FM Service Provider within the hard FM sector. It has a strong regional presence around the UK and is now looking to grow the London market. It is looking to hire a proven Operations Manager to lead this.
As the Operations Manager, you will be tasked with identifying areas of opportunity and growth in London and the surrounding area. You must have a track record of running and growing business units, you must have strong operational and people management skills and have excellent client relationship building skills.
The successful Operations Manager must have an excellent understanding of the hard services sector, be commercially astute and have an entrepreneurial flare. You will be growing this business unit from zero and have the relevant back-office support. In addition, you will report into the company CEO. As your business unit grows, then so will your team and the aim be for you to become Operations Director.
Our client is offering:
