Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join a rapidly growing team in the Construction sector - Secifically within heat and energy networks. Based in South England. In this role, you will oversee the operational aspects of M&E construction projects, ensuring effective management of subcontractors and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with commercial teams, managing contracts, and optimising project workflows using tools like Joblogic. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with a solid understanding of construction projects, commercial management, and subcontractor relations.

• Proven experience as an Operations, Contracts, or Commercial Manager within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and commercial controls.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to liaise effectively across teams.
• Background in construction projects with a thorough understanding of QS and/or project commercial processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and safety standards.
