Position: Operations Manager (Supported Living)
Location: Leicester, Leicestershire
Salary: up to £65,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full time

CareerMakers Healthcare has partnered with a well-established Supported Living and Residential Care provider to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to oversee services across Leicester.

Responsibilities as an Operations Manager:

  • Oversee financial management, risk, and performance data, using KPIs and reporting to improve outcomes, compliance, and service effectiveness.
  • Provide full operational leadership across services, reducing reliance on senior directors while supporting Registered Managers and senior teams to deliver high-quality care.
  • Lead on service performance, development, and the safe mobilisation of new services, ensuring stability and structured growth across the organisation.
  • Drive strong regulatory compliance and service quality, ensuring services remain inspection-ready and consistently working towards GOOD and OUTSTANDING outcomes.
  • Introduce and maintain consistent systems, processes, and reporting frameworks to improve governance, accountability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements as an Operations Manager:

  • Proven experience in a senior operational role within adult social care (supported living, residential, or similar regulated services)
  • Strong track record of managing multiple services and leading Registered Managers or senior care teams
