We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Operations Manager to support a portfolio of care homes, working closely with Home Managers to improve performance, grow occupancy and deliver an excellent resident experience.

The role
- Support and challenge Home Managers to deliver strong operational performance.
- Drive occupancy growth through focused action plans and commercially informed decisions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and work alongside home teams to deliver results.
- Promote high standards of care and a positive experience for residents.
- Provide practical, hands-on leadership across the portfolio.
- A successful track record as a Care Home Manager, Deputy Manager or multi-site operational leader.
- Strong commercial awareness and evidence of improving occupancy.
- The confidence to hold managers accountable while providing constructive support.
- A proactive, operationally focused approach and the ambition to grow with the business.
- A genuine passion for improving care standards and residents’ quality of life.
- A salary of circa £65,000 - £70,000 plus bonus.
