Your responsibilities as Operations Manager
- Oversee daily activity across three retail locations, ensuring consistently high standards
- Support site leadership teams to deliver excellent customer experience and product quality
- Manage stock control, ordering processes and inventory performance
- Identify and implement improvements to operational efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and traceability standards
- Act as the key operational link between locations and senior leadership
What we’re looking for in a Operations Manager
- Previous leadership experience within food retail, food production, hospitality or a related environment
- Strong experience managing multi-site operations or complex day-to-day business activities
- Sound knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards and HACCP principles
- Experience leading and developing sizeable teams across operational environments
- Background within fresh food, premium retail, butchery or similar sectors would be advantageous
Working hours: Full-time with flexibility to meet operational requirements and regular travel between locations.
