Key Responsibilities
- Oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring production plans, customer demand and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Drive improvements in OEE, productivity, labour utilisation, downtime, scrap and rework, while delivering cost reductions and maintaining operational budgets.
- Lead, develop and motivate production teams
- Champion Lean Manufacturing and structured problem-solving methodologies to improve efficiency, eliminate waste, standardise processes and deliver improvements.
