As we continue to expand our services and strengthen our operational structure, we are creating an additional Operations Manager position to support both our existing services and future development plans.
You will join Voyage Care during an exciting period of growth and investment. Working closely with an experienced Senior Leadership Team, you'll take ownership of an established portfolio of services and play a pivotal role in supporting the next phase of our journey. From day one, you'll have the opportunity to influence outcomes, support high-performing teams and make a lasting impact on the quality of services we deliver. If you're an experienced Operations Manager looking for a role where you can genuinely help shape the future, this could be the perfect next step.
About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will provide leadership, direction and support to a portfolio of services across the Midlands region, including a mixture of both Residential and Community Services.
You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, financial performance, colleague engagement and positive outcomes for the people we support. Leading a team of Registered Managers, you'll empower others to deliver outstanding care while driving continuous improvement across your portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing operational leadership to a group of Registered Managers.
- Driving quality, compliance and service excellence across all services.
- Monitoring and delivering financial performance and commercial objectives.
- Supporting services to achieve positive CQC outcomes.
- Leading improvements and ensuring person-centred support remains at the heart of service delivery.
- Promoting colleague development, engagement and retention.
- Ensuring health and safety, safeguarding and governance standards are maintained.
- Working collaboratively with senior leaders to support Voyage Care's ongoing growth strategy.
This is not a role for someone seeking their first Operations Manager position. We are looking for an experienced leader who can quickly build credibility, support their teams and confidently manage a diverse portfolio.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager or Regional Manager within adult social care.
- Experience supporting services for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs.
- A strong understanding of regulatory, quality and compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience managing service performance, budgets and operational delivery.
- The ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing management teams.
- A flexible approach and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
At Voyage Care, we embrace people's differences and encourage you to Be You.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a sector-leading organisation during a period of growth and investment. You'll be joining a passionate leadership team, supporting established services, influencing future success and helping to make a meaningful difference to the lives of the people we support and the colleagues who deliver that support every day.
We encourage our staff to Grow Together through excellent training, leadership development and genuine opportunities for progression.
If you're an experienced Operations Manager looking for your next challenge and want to play a key role in an exciting chapter of growth, we'd love to hear from you.
