This is a highly visible and varied role where you'll act as the key point of contact for tenants, stakeholders, service providers, and community partners. You'll oversee the day-to-day operational management of a portfolio of healthcare properties while championing excellent customer service, regulatory compliance, sustainability initiatives, and community engagement.

We're partnering with a highly respected organisation responsible for managing a portfolio of healthcare and community-focused properties across the UK. They are seeking an Operations & Relationship Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring their buildings remain safe, compliant, welcoming, and at the heart of the communities they serve

Description

  • Manage the operational performance of a portfolio of healthcare and community facilities.
  • Conduct building inspections, health and safety reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
  • Monitor hard and soft FM service delivery and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead tenant engagement activities and act as the first point of contact for building users.
  • Organise and facilitate stakeholder meetings, inductions, and communication programmes.
  • Support fire safety, water hygiene, PAT testing, and wider compliance obligations.
  • Coordinate minor works, contractor activities, and operational project support.
  • Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and manage feedback, complaints, and service improvements.
  • Support sustainability programmes and environmental initiatives.
  • Work with local groups and stakeholders to maximise community use and social value across the portfolio.

Profile

  • Experience within Facilities Management, Estates Management, Property Management, Building Management, or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety and property compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing relationships with tenants, customers, contractors, or service providers.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence presenting information and leading meetings with stakeholders.
  • Strong IT and administrative skills, including Microsoft Office and digital systems.
