Overview

One of our clients is looking to recruit an experienced Operations Supervisor to join their growing team based in Willenhall. This Operations Supervisor position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in industrial cleaning, hazardous waste management, environmental services, or a similar operational environment.

Daily Duties

As an Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Delegating duties effectively based on project requirements and team strengths
• Managing the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects across various sites
• Acting as the main on-site contact for clients and resolving operational issues
• Conducting site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance

Skills Needed

Successful Operations Supervisor candidates will have:

• Previous experience in an Operations Supervisor, Supervisor, or Team Leader role
• Experience within industrial cleaning, hazardous waste management, environmental services, or a related industry
• Experince working at heights (preffered)
• Experince working in tight spaces (preffered)
• Ability to safely operate equipment, machinery, and tools where required
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

Salary and Benefits

Working as an Operations Supervisor, you will receive:

• £15.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday working pattern
