We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and can keep multiple moving parts under control without losing sight of the detail.
Working alongside our Operations & HR Manager, you'll become the person people rely on.
The role:
You'll work across:
• HR administration
• Recruitment coordination and onboarding
• Fleet administration and ownership
• Compliance administration
• Supporting Scheduling activities and operation coordination
• General operational support and administration
• Managing incoming calls and enquiries through to completion

We're looking for someone who:
- Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion
- Is confident communicating with colleagues, customers, suppliers and external stakeholders
- Can manage competing priorities and stay organised in a fast-paced environment

- Has strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Is proactive, solution-focused and willing to get involved wherever support is needed
- Wants to play an important role in a growing and ambitious business
