CCS Homecare Services is looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Support Manager to support the delivery of safe, person-centred and high-quality Supported Living services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting service managers, strengthening standards and helping people receive support that promotes wellbeing and independence.
The role
Working closely with service managers and operational teams, you will help maintain effective, compliant and well-organised services while driving continuous improvement.

Oversee person-centred care and service delivery, supporting the physical and mental wellbeing of people using our services.

Support the development, implementation and review of care plans and risk assessments.

Monitor service standards, organisational compliance and key performance indicators.

Support managers with day-to-day operational and service delivery requirements.

Oversee staff schedules and operational resources to support effective delivery.

Promote compliance with safeguarding, health and safety and regulatory requirements.

Support internal audits and external compliance reviews.

Maintain effective communication with service users, staff, managers and relevant stakeholders.

Identify and implement improvements in operational processes, care delivery and service quality.
About you

Experience working in a health and social care environment.

Experience supervising and managing staff.

Excellent knowledge of adult social care standards, safeguarding and health and safety.

Strong organisational, administrative and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive, collaborative and improvement-focused approach.

Flexibility to work in line with operational needs, including between 6am and 10pm on any day of the week when required.
Qualification: RQF Level 3 or an equivalent health-related qualification is preferred. Applicants without this qualification must be willing to enrol on Level 3 within the first six months.
Travel: A valid driving licence and use of your own car are desirable.
