We're looking for an Operative who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, takes pride in delivering quality work and values safety, collaboration and continuous learning.

Travel, working away, and day and night shifts form part of this varied, hands-on role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting bridge, structures and highway maintenance projects
• Working safely with tools, plant and equipment
• Following site procedures, safe systems of work and project plans
• Assisting colleagues to deliver work safely and efficiently
• Maintaining plant, vehicles and equipment
• Promoting high standards of safety and quality on site

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys contributing to a team, building positive working relationships and delivering work to a high standard, alongside:

• CSCS Card
• Experience in highway maintenance
• Plant and machinery tickets
• A positive and safety-conscious approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to travel and work away from home when required
