An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Factory Operative to join an established manufacturing business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and can contribute effectively within a production environment. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sanding, rubbing, and masking painted products and components
- Preparing stencils and jigs for production activities
- Applying markings and identification details to products
- Using a variety of hand tools safely and effectively
- Following quality standards, procedures, and work instructions
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety requirements
- Carrying out general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organised workplace
- Reporting maintenance, safety, or quality concerns where appropriate
- Assisting with general factory and production tasks as required
- Completing work to agreed production schedules and targets
- Communicating effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments

- Experience using hand tools
